Back issues of "Counseling Today" may be submitted for 18 months. Back issues of "Family Therapy Networker", "The Advocate", "Teaching Exceptional Children" and "Social Work & Christianity" can be submitted at anytime.
Should I return the whole page when submitting quizzes from "Counseling Today" and "The Advocate"? Top
Please DON'T! Submit only the quiz portion below the dashed line. We must receive the entire quiz, including your answers, to verify you passed the quiz, however. Do not reduce size!
What should I do if I need past issues of the magazine/quiz? Top
Please contact the magazine publisher directly. We are a separate company and do not have any magazines.
May I submit one check for multiple quizzes returned or must I make out a check and mail each month separately? May I send quizzes from various magazines to the same address? Top
One check may be submitted for each magazine with numerous quizzes returned. Quizzes from each of the magazines are to be sent to different Post Office Boxes. This is done for sorting purposes.
What should I do if I am missing or have lost certificates/letters of completion? Top
Should you have questions re missing or lost certificates, please send your name, address & phone number, carefully printed for legibility, along with the month(s) missing and the approximate date of mailing. This will allow us to quickly check our records and mail a duplicate.
Things You Can Do To Help Us Process Your Quizzes Faster And More Accurately Top
- PRINT - DO NOT WRITE. Do Not Use Pencil. Consider using address stickers over the name/address area to assist in our processing accuracy. It takes considerable time to hand-write legible information from your check or envelope to each quiz for processing.
- DO NOT STAPLE your check to the quiz; it takes time to remove them. Paper clips are acceptable but not necessary.
- IMPORTANT: Whether you submit one or several quizzes at one time, all biographical information must be completed on each quiz submitted or they may be returned. NBCC rules require that each quiz be signed and dated and include all information requested. Be sure to include your State License or Certification number. Some States (CA, FL and others) require this for us to give you credit. Without this complete information, we may have to return the quiz(s) for re-submittal.
- DO NOT SEND PRIORITY OR CERTIFIED MAIL. PO Box materials may be returned to you before we are notified that they are being held. THANK YOU!
