The Advocate, Social Work and Christianity, Teaching Exceptional Children Home Study Programs Suspended

Dear Friends,
We regret to inform you that due to decreased participation in the program, as well as effects from the recession, JournaLearning is no longer able to run the Home Study collaborative program with the American Counseling Association and Counseling Today. ACA has announced that it will re-launch this popular program in the fall so watch for it in a future issue of Counseling Today.

We want to thank you all who have participated over the many years we have run this program. We believe we have provided a valuable service, especially in the years before other home study programs became so available on the internet.

Please direct future correspondence with Counseling Today, as our collaboration with the periodical ended with the June, 2010 issue. Correspondence regarding the JournaLearning International quizzes for the June, 2010 and prior issues should still be directed to JournaLearning either via email or regular mail.

Those of you wishing to take prior quizzes from the June 2010 issue and earlier are welcome to do so. Please mail these in to the PO Box listed on the quiz, as our online program has been discontinued. We will continue to process these that we receive in the next several months. We will place a notice here when that will discontinue.

For information about whether The Advocate, Social Work and Christianity, Teaching Exceptional Children Home Study Programs will be re-launched by their respective organizations, you will need to contact those publications directly. We have no information yet as to what their plans are.

Please direct any questions for JournaLearning International to david@journalearning.com or to our mailing address.

Sincerely,
David Capuzzi and David Leventer
